Từ Menu Hóa đơn điện tử ta thấy gồm 3 phân hệ là Cài đặt, Nhập liệu và Xử lý.

#### 7.1 Cài đặt

#### 7.1.1    Khai báo nhà phát hành HĐĐT

·       Nhà cung cấp HDĐT/ Tên nhà cung cấp HĐĐT

·       Publish service link

·       Business service link

·       Portal service link

#### 7.1.2   Khai báo tài khoản kết nối HĐĐT

Khai báo tài khoản sử dụng dịch vụ hóa đơn điện tự

·       Tài khoản/ Tên tài khoản

·       Chứng thư số

·       Nhà cung cấp

·       Tài khoản dịch vụ/ Mật khẩu: từ thông tin mà nhà cung cấp dịch vụ cung cấp

·       Tài khoản hệ thống/ Mật khẩu: từ thông tin mà nhà cung cấp dịch vụ cung cấp

#### 7.1.3    Khai báo tài khoản người sử dụng

Nhập đầy đủ thông tin tài khoản người sử dụng, tài khoản kết nối hệ thống.

#### 7.1.4    Khai báo mẫu phát hành HĐĐT

Khai báo thông tin hiển thị trên hóa đơn điện tử theo mẫu có sẵn

·       Mã mẫu/ tên mẫu

·       Mẫu số hóa đơn

·       Ký hiệu hóa đơn

·       Tên tiếng anh/ Nhà cung cấp
