#### 5.3.1   Tính khấu hao TSCĐ

Để tính khấu hao tự động theo kỳ, chọn Tính khấu hao TSCĐ để mở màn hình nhập bút toán

·       Số chứng từ: tự động theo số thứ tự

·       Ngày tạo đơn: ngày hạch toán

·       Tháng kế toán: lấy theo tháng hạch toán

·       Diễn giải VN/EN

Chi tiết các mã TSCĐ khấu hao trong kỳ thể hiện dưới lưới, bấm Lưu để lưu bút toán khấu hao.

Để tính phân bổ tự động theo kỳ, chọn Tính phân bổ chi phí trả trước để mở màn hình nhập bút toán

·       Số chứng từ: tự động theo số thứ tự

·       Ngày tạo đơn: ngày hạch toán

·       Tháng kế toán: lấy theo tháng hạch toán

·       Diễn giải VN/EN

Chi tiết các mã chi phí trả trước trong kỳ thể hiện dưới lưới, bấm Lưu để lưu bút toán phân bổ
