# 3.2 Báo cáo (Reports)

#### 3.2.1 Sổ chi tiết thanh toán người mua

·       Chọn từ ngày … đến ngày…

·       Chọn loại tiền

·       Chọn 131 hoặc 138

·       Chọn tất cả nhà cung cấp hoặc theo từng nhà cung cấp

Chọn In báo cáo để xem trên giao diện hoặc Xuất ra Excel

Tương tự kế toán phải trả, trường hợp Xuất ra Excel, sẽ bao gồm:

·       Sheet Sum: tổng hợp công nợ phải trả theo từng khách hang

·       Sheet chi tiết: bấm DOCSMAP để quay về sheet Sum

#### 3.2.2    Số dư tài khoản 131 – 138

·       Chọn từ ngày … đến ngày…

·       Chọn loại tiền

·       Chọn tài khoản: 131 hoặc 138

#### 3.2.3   Bảng kê thuế GTGT hóa đơn bán ra

Tương tự bảng kê thuế GTGT hóa đơn mua vào. Chọn từ ngày … đến ngày … cần tổng hợp hóa đơn.

·       Chọn thời hạn tính công nợ

·       Chọn loại tiền

·       Chọn xem tất cả khách hang hay theo từng khách hàng
