7.1 Setup

7.1.1 E-Invoice Service Provider Declaration

· E-Invoice provider/ E-Invoice provider name

· Publish service link

· Business service link

· Portal service link

7.1.2 E-Invoice Service Account Declaration

Declare the active accounts

· Account ID/ Account Name

· Certificate Serial

· Service provider

· Service account/Password: from the provider

· Portal account/Password: from the provider

7.1.3 E-Invoice User Account Declaration

Fill in the information of user account.

Create a connection between Smartbooks account with Supplier account (Example: Viettel)

The supplier can create a sub-account for setup access right. So Smartbooks can assign Smartbooks account with each sub-account (Example: Viettel sub-account)

7.1.4 E-Invoice Serial Registration

Declare the invoice information and template
